About Kert Peterson

Leah McTiernan joined DocuSign in 2014 and is Group Vice President of Presales Solutions and Strategy.  She leads an organization of over 250 people spanning Solution Consulting, Solution Architects, Value Engineering, and Proposal Management.  Her strengths include building and developing teams at scale to support both internal and external customers. Leah is the co-founder of the DocuSign Women In Solution Excellence WISE ERG and the Executive Sponsor of the PreSales Collective WISE program.  WISE’s mission is to provide women with a safe forum to excel with a strong focus on brand, networking, leadership and professional development.  

With 25+ years of experience in software, she previously worked in multiple leadership and client-facing roles at IBM, Emptoris, and Aprisma Management Technologies (now Computer Associates). Leah lives in Philadelphia with her husband and two daughters. She has a second degree black belt in ken shine karate and is an avid runner and skier.
