About Bobby Arbuthnot
Bobby Arbuthnot joined Unisys in 2018 as a Director for Digital Workplace Services. With more than twenty years of experience Bobby is an accomplished Portfolio Leader, EUX Business Leader, and Board Member with a strong background in IT Professional experience. With proven abilities across Fortune 50 and Startup companies, Bobby has excelled in Delivery Leadership, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service Management..
At Unisys, Bobby is serving as the Director of Solutions Management at Unisys, leading the portfolio for Digital Workplace Services Experience Management in driving the employee experience strategy, services and programs to support and enable clients across the globe to move to the future of experience management, where it moves from more than another operational metric to a true business enabler. He works with services, development, sales, and account teams to manage and improve solution capabilities to meet client expectations in today’s digital workplace and is responsible for growing the digital workplace services portfolio globally.
He is also an Advisory Board Member for the Customer Experience Program at the University of Houston, providing strategic direction and constructive feedback to develop executives' capabilities focused on customer experience. As the Board Chair and Director of Portfolio Services at NICE User Group (NUG), Bobby plays a key role in leading and overseeing portfolio services.
Prior to his current roles, Bobby held various positions at Armor Cloud Security, Dell, and The Home Depot, where he demonstrated his expertise in sales, IT operations, customer success, retail operations, and IT service management.
Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management with a focus on Project Management from DeVry University. He also holds a Customer Experience Certificate from the Office of Executive Development at the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business. He lives in Dallas with his family. Outside of work, Bobby has a keen interest in travel photography, scuba diving, and fishing.
His industry certifications include Experience Champion, XLA Framework Master (MXLAF), XMO Master, Net Promoter®Certified, Certified Blockchain Expert, and ITIL.
