Previously Head of CRM at Universal Music Group International, based in London, working with marketing teams and labels throughout UMG's global business, managing the Central CRM team and UMGI CRM platforms.

Prior to that, Head of Data & Insight at Shelter, the UK's largest housing and homelessness charity, overseeing CRM across fundraising, events, marketing, campaigning, brand, and public relations.

I hold degrees at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
