Within 90 days of hire for a Fortune 100 company, John was chosen to train onboarding team members due to his Customer Satisfaction scores and performance metrics.
While working full-time for a Fortune 100 company and serving on reserve military duty, John earned two simultaneous bachelor’s degrees from Union Institute & University of Cincinnati, Ohio, graduating with a 4.0 GPA in both in just 2 years.
Following 18 months of research, his book, “WOW Your Customers! 7 Ways to World-Class Service” was published in 2018 with copies selling world-wide. John has had the privilege of interviewing Customer eXperience leaders in every continent. His new book on the best definition for Winning is currently in the creation process, due out in 2021.
He has been a frequent podcast guest for Customer Service and the Customer eXperience, including the Mr. Biz B2B Radio podcast, a nationally-broadcast show, the Totally Well podcast, and the White Gloves, Red Carpets podcast. John has been selected multiple times to represent North America for global CX discussions hosted by CX Centric in Brussels.
His new VoiceAmerica radio show, The Heroic Experience: Elevating Business to Heroic Success, is currently in production, due to launch in July 2021. He has been featured in multiple online business articles, including American Express, LinkedIn and the Residential Real Estate Council.
John considers it an honor to have served in a senior leadership position for the Ohio Army National Guard. His 8-year tour included a deployment to Iraq in 2010, his commitment complete in 2016.
Happily married with children, his family resides outside of Columbus, Ohio.
