As Semtech’s first Chief ESG Officer, I help direct the development, oversight and promotion of the company’s advancements of its key Environmental, Social and Governance initiatives and goals that focus on corporate citizenship, sustainability, DEI, and human capital management practices for our 1,400+ global employees.
