About Barry Padgett

Barry Padgett was named CEO of Amperity, the leading customer data platform (CDP) for enterprise consumer brands, in January 2022. Amperity’s industry-leading CDP provides brands with a 360-degree view of their customer, enabling them to create better experiences and drive stronger business outcomes through first-party customer data. Before joining Amperity, Barry served as chief revenue officer at Stripe, one of the world’s leading online payment processing platforms. Barry worked for more than two decades at Concur (acquired by SAP), beginning his career as a software engineer and finishing his tenure as chief product and strategy officer. With unique executive experience bringing together engineering and product development, revenue management, and organizational leadership, Barry is strongly positioned to guide Amperity through its next period of growth, building off a $100 million Series D funding round in July 2021.

Barry earned a M.S. in computer engineering from the University of Oxford.
