About the Episode

Today we’re going to talk about creating great employee experience in a distributed world. While recent events have drawn extra attention to this, it has always been important for companies of all sizes to be able to work collaboratively across multiple locations both in offices and remotely. Not only does this need to be seamless and efficient, but it must also create a positive and engaging employee experience in order to be successful. To help me discuss this topic, I’d like to welcome Amy Gannaway, Vice President, Global Compensation, Benefits and HRIS, at VMware. First, Amy, why don’t you tell me a little about what you do at VMware?
