1. EXPLAIN WHY THE NEWS IMPACTS EVERYONE.
It is important to make sure you explain why the news is important to everyone in the company, not just executives and shareholders. Find a way to make it tangible to demonstrate how it will make working at the company a better experience for employees. While sometimes this can feel like a stretch, if you aren’t able to do this, you risk employees feeling like important news doesn’t affect them. – Greg Kihlstrom, GK5A
